A deposit of 50% of treatment cost is required at time of booking. Patients have 14 days from the date of booking to cancel treatment appointments for a full refund. After 14 days, treatment cancellations will result in any deposit already paid becoming a credit on the patient's account. Please provide 48 hours notice to cancel or re-arrange an appointment.
